If there is one Architect and one Civil Engineer who passed the board examination yesterday, and you want your ordinary 2-storey building constructed by picking only one of them, who would you trust the construction, the ARCHITECT, who could fully interpret your architectural design and who have already a 2-years experience as an ARCHITECT, or the Civil Engineer, who could barely read architectural drawings and have no experience at all? Common sense dictates whom to give the work…
